JOB OVERVIEW: This position is responsible for carrying out day to day operations of designated school sites under supervision of Program Supervisor. Provide services that are customized to meet the individual needs of the participants consistent with Communities in Schools policies and guidelines. Provide exceptional customer service to all CIS program participants. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Identify and select eligible students for participation in the CIS Program. - Compile required information from students for participant files as per state/local guidelines. - Assist Program Supervisor in coordinating services with social service agencies, school staff, and parents. - Conduct student assessments. - Maintain accurate and complete files on all CIS participants as necessary in CISTMS computer system. - Participate in all CIS activities (field trips, public relations, and community based organizational presentations as needed or assigned). - Assist Program Supervisor in preparing and implementing the Campus Operational Plan as required by State and Local guidelines. - Coordinate Campus Volunteers. - Maintain a positive rapport with school officials, agencies, parent...
