Position Summary: As a Dish Technician at Mesero, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Playing a role prepping items to assist the chef and prep team. Working closely with the kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation, playing a key role in maintaining the overall hygiene and cleanliness of the restaurant.
