Print Manager AJM Packaging Corporation Southgate, MI: Job Overview -: AJM Packaging Corporation, one of America’s leading manufacturers of paper products, including paper plates, cups, bowls and bags, is seeking an innovative, influential and highly energetic Print Manager to add to our growing team! The Print Manager serves as a key leader in one of our core departments and leads and develops print staff while managing flexographic operations to maximize uptime, quality, and efficiency; provides technical expertise on CI/wide-web presses (including Bobst and Uteco), drives continuous improvement, troubleshoots equipment issues, and oversees KPIs and inventory management. Responsibilities & Duties –: - Operating on a continuous 24/7 schedule, supervise and lead staff by assigning work, providing technical instruction, reviewing performance, conducting evaluations, and fostering ongoing skill development. - Provide comprehensive hands-on technical press/print machine training to all employees including attendants, technician and pressmen. - Plan, organize, and manage departmental operations to maximize equipment uptime, production throughput, and consistent print quality. - Trouble...
