Responsive recruiter Benefits: We're seeking an experienced Spa Director to oversee Spa Operations at Hand and Stone Massage & Facial Spa. We are looking for a dynamic leader with the ability to motivate the team, drive sales activity and focus on delivering our guests a five star client experience. The ideal candidate will be committed to developing a positive corporate culture, understand the necessity of collaboration and guide the team to operate with peak efficiency through coordination, communication and cooperation. The individual in this position is directly responsible and accountable for certain aspects of daily operations with a focus on achieving sales and membership targets and ensuring the team delivers an exceptional level of customer service.
