Job description

Overview The Leasing Director drives, oversees, and delegates to achieve leasing and renewal goals, occupancy goals, available product, pricing goals, trends, and recommendations, trending and reporting and the development, monitoring and implementation of all marketing promotions and programs. This position is also responsible for being the most productive leaser as the role model for the leasing team, leading the leasing at properties that have challenges, developing new and changing current training programs and procedures, mentoring and overseeing the leasing team and partnering with the manager or multi-site manager, leads weekly management meetings. Operates as an independent leasing and marketing professional.
