The Office Manager is responsible for maintaining office organization, adherence to company SOPs and industry BMPs, and facilitating the day-to-day operations of the RV Park under the direction of the General Manager. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Provides over site and assists office staff, housekeeping, maintenance and other ancillary employees. - Provide effective and on-brand communication to guests in person and via phone or email. - Drafting, assigning and documenting all service requests/work orders efficiently, courteously and in a timely manner. - Responding promptly to company calls, including prioritization of service requests and/or schedules. - Cleaning, organizing and assisting in the preparation of buildings, cabins, grounds, and common areas, as necessary. - Ensuring the ove...
