Job description

The Human Resources Coordinator provides comprehensive HR support across West Edmonton Mall, Fantasyland Hotel, and West Edmonton Mall Inn. This role is well suited for a proactive and growth-oriented HR professional who is eager to build experience in HRIS development, program implementation, and training initiatives within a dynamic environment. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Supporting the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of HR programs and initiatives, with a focus on employee engagement and retention. - Screening, responding, and forwarding (as needed) to emails, phone inquiries, and requests from employees, department leaders, and external business partners. - Contributing to the effectiveness of the Human Resources department by actively engaging in full cycle recruitment and supporting employee retention strategies and programs. - Collaborate with the HR & HRIS Manager on the development, rollout, and continuous improvement of Dayforce talent modules and related HRIS processes. - Assisting in identifying opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve system utilization across departments. - Providing guidance to departments on policy interpretation, HR pro...
