Job Summary Aptive/Artemis seeks a Program Manager responsible for providing overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for the successful execution of large-scale federal transition assistance programs supporting military Service members transitioning to civilian life. This role oversees program management, staffing, operational deployment, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and stakeholder coordination across geographically dispersed teams operating both CONUS and OCONUS. The Program Manager serves as the primary point of contact with Government leadership, ensuring all contractual deliverables, schedules, reporting requirements, and performance standards are met in accordance with federal regulations and program objectives. Primary Responsibilities: The Program Manager leads cross-functional teams responsible for curriculum development, training operations, onsite support services, data analysis, and modernization initiatives.
