The Opportunity We are now looking for a dedicated HSE Specialist to join our Service organization in Ludvika. In this role, you will support our Local Service Unit by driving a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with Hitachi Energy standards, and enabling continuous improvement across our operations. You will work closely with managers, technicians, and global HSE functions to strengthen learning, prevent incidents, and enhance overall HSE performance. You will join a newly formed Service business unit, where we are building structures, standards and culture for the future. This gives you a unique chance to influence how we work with HSE from day one. How Youll Make an Impact Promote a proactive HSE culture by guiding employees and managers in daily HSE decisions. Lead and support incident reporting, investigations, and followup on lessons learned. Conduct internal HSE audits and ensure compliance with Hitachi Energy standards and local legal requirements. Analyze HSE performance using digital tools (PowerBI, Intelex) to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
