Ihre Aufgaben: - Qualifizierung potenzieller Kunden aus Marketingaktionen (Webseite, E-Mail, Kampagnen, Messen usw.) mit dem Ziel, Leads zu generieren, in der Kundendatenbank zu erfassen und an den Vertrieb zu übergeben - Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kontakte bis zur Übergabe als Lead an den Vertrieb sowie Erfolgsanalyse - Nutzung einer Vielzahl von Kontaktinstrumenten wie Telefon, E-Mail und soziale Plattformen (z.B. LinkedIn) zur Kontaktaufnahme mit potenziellen Kunden (Leads) und Feststellung des konkreten Bedarfs - Steuerung und Zusammenarbeit mit externen Agenturen zur Unterstützung der Lead Management Akt...
