ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform word processing of child support pleadings, correspondence, and other complex legal document. File child support pleadings with the Comanche Nation Tribal Court; the Cheyanne & Arapaho Court; the Kiowa Court; the Court of Indian Offenses; and the State of Oklahoma courts all across Oklahoma. Set court dates and notifies parties of upcoming court dates. Monitor child support cases. Assist attorney and child support staff in preparing cases for court. Update and maintains docket book for the Comanche Nation Tribal Court; the Cheyanne & Arapaho Court; the Kiowa Court; the Court of Indian Offenses; and the State of Oklahoma courts all across Oklahoma.
