Job Description The Opportunity: The David B. O'Maley College of Business at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Daytona Beach Campus, invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor of Business Law and Insurance. Applicants must hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and an LL.M. in Insurance, Risk Management, Aviation Law, or a closely related field from accredited institutions. The College seeks a candidate with a strong commitment to excellence in teaching, meaningful scholarship, and service to the university and profession. Prior teaching experience at the university level is preferred. Professional experience in business law, insurance, risk management, or closely related areas is highly desirable. Candidates with knowledge of or experience in the aviation and aerospace industry are encouraged to apply. Tenure-track faculty in the Department of Accounting, Economics, Finance, and Information Sciences typically carry a three-three teaching load.
