As Business Intelligence Manager, you will be responsible for defining, producing and assuring high‑quality data, metrics and insights across our technology services and systems. Reporting to the Head of Service Experience, the role plays a key part in enabling evidence‑based decision making, improving service performance, and linking technology outcomes to customer and business experience. You will act as the authoritative voice on performance data and insight, ensuring a single, trusted view of system, service and operational performance across the Group.
