Hours: 35 hours per week Closing Date: Sat, 23 May 2026 About the role: As a Platform Manager, you will be accountable for the vision, performance and continuous evolution of a specific sub platform within the Society’s wider enterprise platform ecosystem. You’ll ensure your sub platform delivers secure, reliable, scalable and customer focused capabilities aligned to both organisational strategy and the overarching platform vision set by the Senior Platform Owner. Acting as the day to day leader of a multidisciplinary engineering team, you will define and communicate the sub platform roadmap, manage dependencies, drive strong engineering practices and support sustainable improvements in value, flow and quality. This is a highly influential role that blends strategic direction, operational ownership, leadership excellence and continuous improvement.
