This role will own and evolve the frameworks for OKRs and Benefits Realisation across the transformation portfolio, ensuring strategic objectives translate into measurable outcomes and value delivery. Reporting to the Head of Transformation Office, you will work directly with the Business / portfolio and program leads, embedding best practice and providing executive-level insights on progress against key results and benefits Having the right to work in the UK is a requirement for this role.
