Residential Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse Ocean Street: The Opportunity Alliance seeking a Full Time Residential Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our Ocean Street adult residential program. The Ocean Street Residential Program, with a capacity of eight residents, provides trauma-informed treatment and support services to adults living with mental illness complicated by co-occurring chronic health conditions as well as a potential substance use disorder. In a supportive, safe, and secure environment, the program meets the needs of individuals who have a major mental illness by providing psychosocial rehabilitation services and personal care services. The Residential Nurse/ LPN contributes to the accomplishment of the Agency’s mission through the evaluation of medication management practices, other pertinent health education programming, direct care of client medical needs as appropriate to the scope of a RN or LPN, care coordination of physical health needs with medical providers, as well as the shared oversight of the health and well-being of clients within Residential Treatment Services.
