About This Role Carrier is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Executive Compensation to join its Global Total Rewards team. This role is designed for a seasoned executive compensation professional with global equity and stock plan administration experience who can operate effectively in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment. Reporting to the Director of Executive Compensation, the Associate Director will play a key role in supporting the administration of executive compensation programs, including executive offers, global long‑term incentive and equity plans, and U.S. deferred compensation programs. The role partners closely with stakeholders across HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure programs are administered accurately, consistently, and in compliance with applicable requirements.
