The Fire Sprinkler Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the Fire Sprinkler Installation Department. This role will maintain compliance with all relevant codes and regulations in the state of Texas. The Fire Sprinkler Construction Manager will lead a team and will have experience overseeing Fire Sprinkler installation projects in a very fast paced environment, know the construction industry, and be someone that places an emphasis on safety. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Order materials and equipment for projects and monitor financials for each project. Responsible for providing vision, leadership, and direction to the Fire Sprinkler Installation Department. Set goals and objectives for subordinates, communicate expectations to employees and periodically review subordinate's performance.
