What this job involves: The Data Center Break/Fix Lead Technician oversees hardware repair and troubleshooting operations within a mission-critical data center environment. As the senior onsite escalation point, you'll provide technical expertise , ensure SLA compliance, mentor junior technicians, and maintain the highest level of system uptime through efficient incident resolution and preventive practices while managing vendor relationships and standardizing break/fix processes.
