Job Description: Sign on bonus up to $2400 for independently licensed clinicans (pro-rated for part time) The Clinician provides short term individual and family therapy to youth with current or historic substance use needs using an evidence-based model called A-CRA, a skills-based treatment that addresses behavioral health needs, family dynamics and community engagement. They help youth served reduce use of substances from a harm reduction perspective, increase connections to community resources and improve quality of his or her support network. They will complete all necessary outcome tools and collect data as needed to ensure fidelity to the model and increase probability of positive outcomes for the youth and their families. Responsibilities: Prevention Education: facilitates prevention education activities via classroom presentations, assemblies, campaigns, etc. that address youth substance abuse, suicide prevention and other topics related to mental health.
