Job Description What is the opportunity?: You will work within a team of transformational resources, dedicated to modernizing and digitizing operational processes to deliver positive bottom-line results for Wealth Management Operations and the various businesses the group supports. As a member of this team you will be responsible for providing production support for automated processing running in a quality assurance or production environment while meeting Enterprise Next Generation Optimization Center of Excellence (CoE) requirements. What will you do?: What do you need to succeed? - Provide support to the collective RPA team, troubleshoot, root cause, and resolve complex technical issues; as appropriate, work directly with Transformation Analyst or Business partners in a prompt, friendly and thorough manner. - Perform initial analysis and troubleshooting to identify RPA processing issues with applications and/or preferred vendor solutions. - Apply process changes as appropriate; further escalate complex changes/issues to Transformation Analysts where appropriate. - Be a subject matter expert for questions regarding the preferred vendor application and key internal applications. -...
