Assesses orders for necessity of signature following the CMS Conditions of Participation. a) Utilizes reports for identifying orders to be reviewed b) Reviews clinical documentation for necessity for orders created. 2. Ensures orders are sent to appropriate physician a) Reviews referral and clinical records for correct physician b) Ensures physicians align with OASIS c) Calls MD offices as necessary to identify appropriate physician 3.
