Product Quality Complaints Senior Associate Purpose: Records, verifies, prioritizes, and handles pharmaceutical products quality (technical) complaints according to process documentation including escalations and sample handling process. Your Tasks & Responsibilities: - Process of Product Technical Complaint cases, including receiving of complaints, entering into internal IT Tool, processing, and final closing - Identify escalation needs and notification - Apply country specific requirements and product specific requirements during processing of Quiality Complaint cases - Support sample handling and reimbursement...
