Department: 36962 Wake Forest University Health Sciences - Cardiology: Adult Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: full-time Pay Range: $21.85 - $32.80 JOB SUMMARY: Under general supervision, performs duties involved in the preparation, coordination, entering, verification, and maintenance of research data. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or GED equivalent with two years' clerical experience; or, a combination of education and experience equal to two years. Experience with collecting, documenting, and organizing large amounts of data preferred. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Prepares a variety of forms, data, and/or specimens for mailing or further processing. 2. Enters a variety of information into a computer or charts/log books. 3. Verifies information entered as necessary by locating missing information or correcting erroneous information. Determines whether further action should be taken regarding missing forms or patient chart information. 4. Maintains information by adding, deleting, or changing information as necessary. 5.
