Showroom Experience Host (Part-Time) – San Antonio, TX As a Showroom Experience Host at Brilliant Earth, you will play a key role in creating an elevated, seamless experience for every guest who visits our showroom. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hospitality-focused environment, is detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining a polished, organized and welcoming space. You’ll work closely to support our showroom leadership and sales consultants to ensure every customer experience reflects our joyful, luxury brand. The ideal candidate will be able to work a part-time schedule that includes weekend days. This role is in-person based out of our San Antonio, TX Showroom. Key Responsibilities: Hospitality & Client Experience - Assist with in-showroom beverage service, including preparing and serving coffee, water, and champagne, as well as clearing and cleaning dishes and glasses. - Proactively greet, check-in, and assist customers with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism, creating a memorable and welcoming environment. - Assist walk-in clients by matching them with an available sales representative, or scheduling a return visit. - Support showroom events and spec...
