About the Role The BCOS Change Management & Communication Lead is responsible for driving the culture change, communication, and engagement strategy for the Barry Callebaut Operating System (BCOS). The role ensures organizational readiness, strong adoption of BCOS standards, and consistent messaging across all levels of the global organization. BCOS is Barry Callebaut’s unified operating system designed to strengthen performance and drive operational excellence. Built on leading industry practices (IWS – Integrated Work Systems), it provides a structured, people‑focused approach to continuous improvement.
