This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to do some of the best work of their career. The work is closer to 'what can we get an LLM to do with this user's session data' and 'what's the smartest way to ship this Figma' than 'make this button click'. Your main responsibility will be Teamtailor’s marketing website, making sure it is fast, reliable, well-crafted, easy to evolve and built to support our growth. You’ll also build the tools and AI-powered experiences that help our marketing team move faster and perform better.
