Location: Barcelona - Spain (3 days working from the office and 2 days working from home) Role Summary: The Global Head of Medical Performance & Field Medical Excellence is accountable for setting the vision, strategy, and operating model that elevate Medical Affairs execution globally—driving measurable impact on launch excellence, scientific engagement quality, evidence generation pull-through, and improved patient care. Leading a high-performing team of nine direct reports (seven Global Medical Performance & Field Medical Excellence Directors and two Global Medical Insights & Analytics Directors across BBU therapy areas), this role defines enterprise standards, capabilities, and measurement frameworks; orchestrates consistent adoption across markets; and stewards a data-driven, insights-led culture in Field Medical.
