Manitowoc, international leader in providing premium lifting solutions with Potain and Grove brands, is looking for a Tower Service Technicians to strenght the Potain Product Support Team based in Buckingham and serving Uk & Ireland: Main activities in the Role: - To provide field-based service support for all Manitowoc tower crane products within the UK. - Be responsible for providing Customers with high quality after sales support, using your judgement in making the correct technical and commercial decisions. - Produce fast and effective service and maintenance in line with the product requirements. - Provide if required supervision to MTW/Customer resourced erections/dismantles and parts. To be successful in this role: - Technical expertise in Hydraulic/Electrical/Mechanical. - Crane experience essential. - Full UK driving license - Customer Focus - Proactivity / Problem Solving - Excellent Communication Skills
