We are seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor to join our Adult Behavioral Health program in Stroudsburg, PA . Schedule: 37.5 hours/week; 3 pm-11 pm, Tuesday through Saturday. Earn $18.60/hour: Position Details: The Shift Supervisor coordinates and facilitates operations of our Residential Treatment Facility for Adults (RTFA) serving individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. This role provides leadership, ensures smooth shift transitions, and supports both residents and staff through direct care, supervision, and incident management. The supervisor also plays a key role in staff development, scheduling, and on-call coverage.
