Position Overview State Street’s Global Product organization is undergoing a period of significant transformation to enhance scalability, transparency, and commercial performance across the Alternatives business. The Vice President – Alternatives Product Control will play a critical role in driving financial discipline, governance, and operational effectiveness across the Product organization. Reporting to the Head of Product Control, this role partners closely with Product, Finance, CAO, HR, and Technology teams to support strategic decision-making, improve reporting and analytics, and enable growth across Private Markets and Custody product offerings. This role combines financial oversight, governance leadership, and business management responsibilities, with a strong focus on enhancing product economics (P&L, cost to serve, pricing) and building scalable frameworks to support a global, complex organization.
