Responsibilities include: - Monthly billing of all jobs (Internal and External ERP Systems). - Review and obtain all supplier lien waivers to match billing requirements. - Maintain approval process of Subcontractor Invoices to meet client billing deadlines as well as lien waiver confirmations. - Weekly and Monthly AR Review and Tracking - Maintain all applications of Cash Receipts daily and align payments to existing AR. - Review, analyze, and post, Change Work Awards, Change Orders, and Time and Material tickets into ERP System. - Monthly tracki...
