The Opportunity: Ensures the safe, efficient operation of building infrastructure (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) by designing, maintaining, and upgrading systems. Manage facility layouts, ensure compliance with building codes/safety regulations, oversee contractors, and develop budgets for repairs. This hands-on role requires a blend of technical expertise, hands on work ethic, project management skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
