We’re looking for an ICT Technical Team Lead to help strengthen and grow our internal ICT function. You’ll work closely with our IT Manager to support a transition from external providers to an in-house model , while leading and building capability within the team. This role blends technical leadership and hands-on delivery . You’ll guide others, manage more complex issues, and contribute to improving systems and ways of working—while still being comfortable jumping into frontline support when needed.
