The Opportunity We are establishing a new Manager role within the Global Center of Competence for Power Quality function in Västerås, created to strengthen project governance, planning, and execution across complex engineering projects. This is a unique opportunity to shape a new function, define ways of working, and have a significant impact from day one. In this role, you will take overall responsibility for project planning, scheduling, and project control activities across a portfolio of projects. You will build and lead the project controls capability, ensure robust standards and methodologies, and act as a key partner to project stakeholders. The position combines strategic leadership with handson involvement, covering the full project lifecyclefrom early planning and execution through commissioning and project closeout. As a manager, you will play a central role in driving predictability, performance, and continuous improvement across the project portfolio.
