Customer Service Coordinator ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Answers inquiries from customers to provide follow-up for current or prospective customer orders. Assisting Engineering and Sales to ensure that customer needs are met on a timely basis regarding customer requirements Responsible for receiving, processing, and maintaining signed customer purchase orders from the Sales department, releasing, and forecasting. These communications can be received via computer (EDI/SAP), fax, or e-mail. Maintaining SAP and customer modules/portals: Ford, GM, Stellantis, Tesla, and any Tier customers. Works closely with production, shipping, material disposition (Raw material ordering), and scheduling to ensure that customer orders are processed promptly. Review customer orders in SAP daily. Reviewing customer changes and issues. Willing to learn and adapt to our changing customer environment/systems. Conduct a daily review of the customer systems and portals for Ford, GM, Stellantis, and Tesla. This should also include an assessment of the weekly customer delivery ratings.
