Job description

US Facilities, Inc., a consolidated facility management service company, is seeking a Journeyman Electrician to work on one of our projects in Norfolk, Virginia. This position will be responsible for planning electrical and mechanical systems repairs, additions, modifications, and preventive maintenance on all associated equipment to the movable bridges. Provides leadership to the maintenance staff and ensures all necessary work is accomplished by planning, scheduling, and organizing work orders. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: Responsibilities May be required to perform additional or different duties from those set forth above to address business needs and changing business practices. Qualifications: - Leads, guides, and/or trains other electricians or maintenance personnel in applicable procedures and techniques. - Installs and monitors performance of installed electrical and mechanical equipment for hazards, adjustments, or replacement. - Repairs install, replace, and test electrical and mechanical equipment using appropriate tools and testing instruments. - Plans electrical secondary system additions or modifications. - May perform work of lower-level ele...
