Overview MicroTech is seeking a highly accomplished Vice President of Federal Business Development & Capture to lead strategic growth initiatives and expand the company’s presence across priority federal markets. This executive will identify, shape, and capture high-value federal opportunities while building strong relationships with key government stakeholders. Reporting to the CEO and/or COO, the VP will drive opportunity identification, capture strategy, and contract wins across agencies, including HHS, DHS, DOD, and DHS. The successful candidate will demonstrate a track record of generating $50M+ in annual federal contract revenue, building strategic pipelines, and leading capture efforts for complex procurements within a fast-moving small business environment.
