Description Assists the Director of Aquatics & Youth Activities in providing a safe and enjoyable experience for the Menlo Circus Club’s pool, swim team, summer campers, and Membership This is a seasonal part-time position and scheduled in 4-5 hour shifts - Monday-Sunday 9:00 am - 6:30 pm. - Assists fellow recreational staff: coaches, lifeguards, and camp counselors and organizes small or large group activities - Maintains order of swim office, pool deck, locker rooms, and storage areas and kindly enforces Club and pool rules - Promotes a safe and fun aquatics and camp environment handles first-aid and responds to any emergencies - Helps develop daily, weekly, and seasonal plans for swimmers and campers of all age groups - Teaches swim lessons assists with other youth programming and assists with childcare when necessary - Becomes a knowledgeable resource to Members regarding all youth activities and events - Promotes team effort and maintains a positive and professional approach - Interacts positively and professionally with all staff and members - Balance promoting technical skills, aerobic development, and fun - Helps at swim meets and various Club events Requirements: - Red Cro...
