Ready to take the lead and make a real impact? We’re on the lookout for a Site Manager to join us at one of our key locations in Sydney. In this role, you’ll work closely with our National Installation and Service Manager and play a vital part in driving operational excellence, service delivery and compliance. You’ll have the autonomy to lead your site, ensuring safety, quality, timelines and cost targets are met - while achieving DIFOT (Delivered in Full, On Time) for our stakeholders. Main accountabilities: - Lead the installation team and service specialist, overseeing fit-outs and integration of service bodies onto light commercial vehicles and small trucks and after-sales service. - Maintain high standards in Lean processes and methods. - Provide feedback and ideas for continuous improvement—challenge the status quo with innovative solutions. - Contribute to strategic plans for scalable service and product improvements. - Ensure quality control processes are completed and documented to Hiway standards. - Analyse and implement efficient production and manufacturing processes, including reporting to keep customers informed. - Manage daily production reporting and ensure safe, co...
