Schedule Mon – Sat Flex Overview: Responsible for planning, designing and the over sight of the installation of security devices at AFCU facilities, including new construction and remodels. Obtains external cost from vendors to estimate costs of projects where security equipment will be involved and assists with developing budgets for such projects. Oversees the planning, scheduling, and install of security equipments for new construction and remodels Establishes and maintains positive relations with vendors and suppliers. This position requires strong organization and project management skills. Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities: 1. Acts as a liaison between the credit union, architect and vendor. a. Visits job sites on a regular basis to assist with and oversee installation of security equipment. b. Reviews quality of workmanship and installation of security equipment at remodels and new construction sites. c. Monitors process of installation of security equipment to ensure project stays on schedule and coordinates with AFFCU project manager. 2.
