The Role We are seeking a commercially astute and strategically minded Director of Finance to lead financial operations for the TAA Europe Region West (Belgium, Netherlands, UK). This is a senior leadership role with full regional P&L accountability and responsibility for driving financial strategy, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. The role may be based in the UK, Belgium, or the Netherlands, reflecting the regional scope of responsibility and cross-border leadership nature of the position. As a trusted partner to the Region West General Manager and a key member of the regional leadership team, you will provide financial insight, governance, and strategic direction to accelerate revenue, EBITA, and cash performance across a diverse and evolving portfolio.
