Canon Alliance Business Operations Director Description -: This role plays a critical role in shaping HP's partnership strategy with Canon, evolving our business model, improving efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring smooth operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing chain, and contributing to the overall success and growth across Office Printing Solutions (OPS). The role supervises and leads a team of operations and business management professionals (managers and senior individual contributors) providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations. Responsibilities: Actively partners with internal stakeholders to define business goals and market requirements for LaserJet products and operations. Manages Canon business relationship for LaserJet products including negotiations and ultimately product / initiative agreements, business model framework, and operational needs (i.e. manufacturing capacity).
