Would you like to gain broad exposure to both operational and strategic legal work in of the world’s largest suppliers of machinery, process technology, and components for food processing and a wide range of other industries? This is your chance to build experience in an international company while still in school, working closely with experienced lawyers. At the same time, you will also have the exciting opportunity of contributing to process optimization and AI implementation initiatives. Responsibilities / Tasks: In this position, you will have flexible hours and work on average between 10–20 hours per week, excluding exam periods and holidays. You will spend your hours supporting the lawyers and their business colleagues on a broad range of legal matters. Specifically, you will: Support legal work related to collaborations with third parties. Assist with sales-related legal matters. Support legal trainings and project execution activities. Assist with disputes and negotiations, including more strategic and risk-related matters. Contribute to the team’s transition towards AI implementation.
