POSITION SUMMARY: Under minimal supervision, delivers and stocks product at customer locations on an assigned route. The product is Hispanic branded meats and cheeses. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: •Maintain store shelf standards and inventory through various merchandising strategies, including product rotation; ensure pricing matches current promotions and that marketing materials are displayed. •Protect and gain shelf space for Bar-S products by stocking bunkers and promotional spaces; optimize brand presence in designated areas. •Unload product at customer locations and stock according to specifications; collect signed receipt documents per company policy. •Provide excellent customer service; assess customer needs to recommend products and maintain strong relationships. •Load truck at distribution center; acknowledge and sign for product from DC or carriers. •Perform accounts receivable duties including issuing/reviewing invoices and credit memos; follow procedures for inventory proof of delivery and returns; receive payment for delivered product. •Inspect vehicle and maintain driver records, plates, insurance, and routine maintenance; report mechanical issues, accidents, or driving...
