Bishop Walsh School in Cumberland, Maryland , is seeking a qualified and dependable full-time Custodian to join our school community. The Custodian will assist other custodians ensuring the school is clean and ready for students and staff at all times. Essential Functions: - Knowledgeable regarding sanitizing rooms, including bathrooms. - Maintain a safe and clean environment. - Follow directions and be able to maintain a cleaning schedule that will change depending on the day of the week. - Perform a variety of custodial maintenance duties including but not limited to dusting, mopping, sweeping and vacuuming floors, snow removal and ice treatment, replenishing restroom supplies. - Perform a variety of custodial sanitizing duties including but not limited to cleaning, disinfecting floors, walls, windows, sinks, counters, toilets, kitchens, water fountains, woodwork, furniture, air intake screens, louvers, fixtures and appliances.
