*** PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A REMOTE ROLE**: The associate will work within Honda Canada’s Account Services department and will report to the Supervisor, Account Services. The Representative Recovery – Account Services acts in the capacity of trusted advisor to Customers by providing payment solutions and options to resolve past due accounts and minimize credit loss for HCFI. Individually assigned responsibilities may include but not limited to, the principal functional responsibilities listed below. RESPONSIBILITIES: Handling any one of the Recovery Processes (Charged off accounts, Bankruptcies, Total Loss Process, Insurance Tracking and Delinquent accounts) Correspond and deal with insurance companies, research values on cars, follow-up and accept offers from insurance companies as well as provide customers with accurate information. Handle the Insurance Tracking Process by reviewing the accounts, obtaining authorization for waivers, preparing necessary documents, and obtaining the insurance policies.
