Director of Product Location: Onsite — Miami, FL: Department: Product, Design & Delivery: Reports to: Head of Product: About the Role: We're hiring a Director of Product to lead product strategy and execution across our global platform. You'll own multiple product areas, manage product managers, and be a strategic partner to the Head of Product and executive team. This is a hands-on leadership role; you'll set the direction and be responsible for contributing to IC-level work as needed to ensure successful delivery. What Makes This Role Unique: - Six programs, two geographies, one platform. All sharing core infrastructure with different formularies, fulfillment partners, eligibility rules, economics and regulatory frameworks. Every product decision has a cross-program blast radius. - Clinical stakes are high. Product decisions affect patient safety, not just conversion metrics. - Complex partner ecosystem. We partner with a network of third party vendors to manage labs, clinical services and pharmacy fulfillment, each with their own integration constraints and opacity challenges. - Small team, big scope.
