Join a global incident management team where your work helps protect clients and business operations during high-impact events. Job summary: As a Securities Services Operations Resiliency Manager within JPMorganChase , you will lead the business response for major incidents and crisis events impacting Securities Services in the Americas. You will coordinate regional incident management efforts across Operations, Product, and Technology, ensuring timely communications, governance, and action tracking. You will assess impacts to systems, third parties, sites, and staff, and escalate appropriately to senior stakeholders and crisis leadership. You will ensure strong handoffs across regions for incidents extending beyond US close of day. You will partner to drive post-incident reviews and remediation to completion, strengthening resilience over time.
