Overview The IT Department is seeking a motivated Senior Project Manager who will be based out of the O’Fallon, MO office with a hybrid schedule of 4 days in the office and 1 remote workday per week. The Senior IT Project Manager is responsible for leading multiple concurrent IT projects and strategic initiatives with a primary focus on public‑facing websites, eCommerce platforms, and digital customer experiences. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, marketing, UX, development, security, infrastructure, and external vendors to deliver high‑quality, secure, and scalable digital solutions on time and within budget. The ideal candidate is an experienced project manager who thrives in fast‑paced environments, excels at coordinating cross‑functional teams, and understands the unique demands of customer‑facing web and eCommerce systems.
